punishment

So, what is the appropriate punishment for asking for a bowl of soup with your dinner and then filling it with crackers and then refusing to eat any of it. Six minutes in “time out,” one minute for each year old you are? Meh. Having to eat 6 bites of the soup? I honestly don’t want to be here all damn night overseeing the execution of that punishment. This is why I don’t write legal code. I’m really good at knowing when there should be consequences, but I suck at coming up with punishments.
